常見的跨性別轉變歷程 產生想成為／打扮為異性的想法 ↓ 開始嘗試中性／異性的服裝穿著 ↓ 以異性的身份生活 （Real Life Test，RLT） ↓ 荷爾蒙療法及整型手術 (Hormone Replacement Therapy，HRT） ↓ 變性手術（Sexual Reassignment Surgery ，SRS） 及身份登記轉換
