Today’s agenda focuses on the intertwining of poetry and visual art, guided by Leonardo da Vinci’s insightful quote: “Painting is poetry that is seen rather than felt, and poetry is painting that is felt rather than seen.” We will engage in activities such as reading silently, creating found poems, and analyzing poetic devices. Students are reminded to complete their second poem by Monday and to gather examples for their figurative language collage. All work, including reading responses and found poems, should be submitted via Google Drive or printed for Monday.
