CMFT • Objective • Migrate all IT and Telephony to the new PFI Hospital from; • Booth Hall • Pendulbury • St Mary's • Eye Hospital • Dental Hospital • Scope • Full audit of all existing assets across the merging hospitals • Create a custom designed database for all assets • Create a detailed schedule for all moves in line with master plan • Test all Network & Comms, install and configure all Hub rooms within new build • Move, configure, decommission/replace, test and install all identified assets (c17,000 assets) • Full Management of entire IT move process • Timeline and Outcome • Contract commencement 01/12/08 target completion date of 31/09/09 • Completed within agreed timeline • Completed within budget • Comprehensive custom designed asset database to floor plan level completed and handed over • Hub rooms and telecoms fully installed, configured and handed over, all patching and cabling complete • Entire project hailed by customer as a complete success with all objectives achieved
NHS Northwest (SHA) • Objective • Relocate SHA, Deanery and CIKO from Gateway House, Barlow House and Quayside to three floors of PP3 (3 Piccadilly Place) • Scope • Audit all IT, telecoms and VC equipment • Create detailed schedule • Manage, Design, procure and lead all aspects of the technical fit out for PP3 comprising; • Data Centre, design and implementation • Network, design and implementation • MFD, design and implementation • AV, design and implementation • Telecoms, design and implementation • Decommission and dispose of all under spec and redundant equipment • Implement performance improvement and EV strategy. Produce service and support documentation and recommendations in line with ICT Strategy • Timeline and Outcome • Contract commencement 31/08/09 target completion date 31/01/10 • Data Centre completed and operational • Network Completed and operational • AV fit out complete, MFD introduction complete • Telecoms Implementation complete • Staff pilot commenced and successful • Service and support recommendations produced, accepted and agreed by all parties • Client delighted with progress to date, on target to complete as per schedule and within budget
