  11. Rule based approach • No artificial intelligence. • Act in a sequential way and trained to do one thing. • Communicates in a structured manner.

We are using Google API.AI now known as Dialogflow which provides a conversational interfaces powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning experience. Basic steps involved are: • Create the agent. • Create the entities. • Create the intents. • Test our agent. • Integrate with messaging platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Line, Skype etc.
