In other words, summer vacations is an opportunity for them to learn certain life skills while having fun. Many schools organize summer camps during vacation which includes extra co-curricular activities like singing, dancing, playing, art classes and much more

  3. 2.Swimming Swimming is an effective exercise which also saves a child’s life. Kids love water and during summer season kids want to beat the heat so swimming is the best thing for it. Nowadays schools take the initiative to teach kids swimming during vacations

  4. 3.Picnic A picnic is the most fun thing to do in summers. Such get-togethers helps them learn the teamwork spirit. This can be very simple; all you have to do is gather up few friends at the back of your yard and cook some food with your friends. You can plan fun outdoor games and other activities that are adventurous yet ensures the child is being productive.

  5. 4.Movies Kids should be allowed to watch movies from which they can learn essential moral values. For instance, recently Inventure Academy, a top international school in Bangalore, took their students to watch the acclaimed movie 'Poorna'. The movie was about MalavathPoorna, an Adivasi from Telangana, who in 2014, at the age of 13, became the youngest girl in history to climb Mount Everest.
