Common points and differences • All the countries are very dependent on road transport mainly private cars SMART TECHNOLOGIES • Single ticket solutions • Tools to planning a trip from one point to other point using different public transports • Information points on several bases (internet, board, mobile ..)" • In general terms, there are some tools and solutions but there aren´t enough information to the private users about them.

Common points and differences ALTERNATIVE FUELS • Public EV charging infrastructure in the most important cities promoted mainly by public funds but not too many EV at the moment. • In general terms biofuels are mixed in small percentages into normal diesel and petrol. However some bus companies use biofuels 100% in different lines. • There are some biodiesel generation plants and they cover an important part of the biodiesel requirements. • Liquefied petroleum gas is available throughout the regions/countries in some gas stations but the number of vehicles is very low. • Lack of information or difficulties to find the information. • None of information about environmental aspects. • Probably, now is possible to travel using different alternative fuels (electricity, biofuels, LPG, …) but there aren’t any tool where all the information is given about how to do it and also public EV charging points or petrol station where is possible to charge alternative fuels.

Common points and differences STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT OF INTERMODALITY • There are some differences between countries about the stages of development of intermodality but in general terms the level is medium-high. Some of them have tools to planning a trip using different modes of transport. Also the most important bus stations are connected to the most important rail stations or they are in the same place. Not all the airports are connected to the main cities by public transport. • For long distance, there is not a real coordination between transports. Transport companies prefer operating and promoting their own networks. For example there is not a “single-ticket” between transports of different regions.
