ACCIDENT REVIEW COMMITTEE Procedure Chargeable Accidents / Consequences During Fiscal Year 1st Accident – conference with appropriate supervisor. • Committee can assign: • Observation • Additional training or • Unit Director’s disposition 2nd Accident – conference with Coordinator, Bus Driver Training. • Committee can assign: • Additional training or • Unit Director’s disposition 3rd Accident – sent to unit Director.
