On this ship overcame Admiral Nelson in Trafalgar (21 October 1805) the combined fleets of France and Spain
The Panel gives the location where on 21 October 1805 (at 16: 30) NELSON died.
Nelson's body was transported in a barrel of WHISKY to London
Schip “MARY ROSE” Werd gebouwd door koning Hendrik VIII in de jaren 1509-1511.
The "MARY ROSE" sank at Portsmouth in 1545 and was only salvaged in 1982
