An advice: ask for more. We tend to submit bids as we are used at home. Our competitors are pushing hard, especially from those coming from the East. We have to present all our values ​​and know how our client reads the bids. Each country has its idiosyncrasy in terms of time and attention to establish a solid relation with local clients. Tendering is not sufficient as knowing what your clients wants and how he understands the presented documents is a requirement for success. To obtain the most efficient output of our project assets, we should keep well informed of the investment plans in the disciplines we are best at in order to make better use of our effort.
