My influences

Born on January 10, 1996, in Wilmington, I faced life's complexities from a young age. My parents' divorce at six left me torn between two worlds, navigating the tumult of drinking and drugs during my upbringing. With my stepdad Tim and my dad's best friend as my biggest influences, I learned invaluable lessons on friendship and resilience. Losing my best friend in 2010 ignited my drive to avoid substance abuse, inspiring me to support others facing similar struggles. Today, I aspire to become a trauma doctor, using my journey to help and influence those in need, especially kids like my friend Parker with autism.
