  4. Who • Women • Women who worked in the Military • Women in red cross wore them who drove ambulances

What • A Flappers are Girls with short dresses, cigarettes in their hand, lots of makeup, and short and colored hair. • Fashion in this era was bright colors, short dresses, pantsuits, hats, canes. This gave a sleek look. It also had interesting fabrics and textures. • Evening dresses were sleeveless and “V’ or “U” shaped necklines.
