Preparation for Midterm Project and Exploration of Child Labor in Industrial England

DESCRIPTION

Today's session will focus on preparing for the Midterm Project as we review the handout and ensure everyone understands their responsibilities. Students are also expected to return Quarter 1 papers and reflect on their preparations. Our learning target is to discuss how Parliament addressed the evils of child labor in England. A reading packet on this topic (pages 9-13) will be distributed, along with a definitions packet. Homework involves progressing on the Time Capsule Project due January 13th, with Benchmark #3 and an Industrial Revolution quiz next week.
