Hellgrammites • Hellgrammite's spend most of their lives underwater • They like to live in fast moving parts of streams of rivers • hellgrammite’s ,after they hatch will either fall into the stream from an over hanging branch or crawl to the water. • Hellgrammite’s are aquatic • They live as larva for about 2 to 3 years • When hellgrammites get full-sized they crawl from the water to pupate (from cocoon) .
