  2. What is Bail? Bail is a financial arrangement that guarantees that a suspect will attend each and every court hearing as ordered by the court. In return, the suspect can be released from jail prior to a trial. If the suspect or defendant does not comply, the bail bond might be forfeited. In essence, by posting bond, you are accepting financial responsibility that a suspect will return to court at the appointed time. Bail might be cash, assets or a bond, and is determined by the court.

  3. We help set people FREE! At Nancy Connole Bail Bonding we are here to provide service with positive results while dealing with a not-so-positive situation. All we ask in return is that clients adhere to the laws & complete their obligation to the courts until their bond is exonerated. Who's Responsible? Whether the defendant, or someone else, pays for the bond premium or obtains a payment plan, as the co-signer, you are responsible if the defendant does not make the payments, or if they fail to appear in court.
