At all times, we must put the comfort of our guests first. In keeping with this remember that the areas with easiest access to facilities are reserved for our guests. Clean up litter. We are all responsible for the cleanliness of Star River Adventures facilities. No guest wants to frequent a business that is unclean. It is our job to clean up after our guests for their comfort and for the comfort of the other guests. Consider it a privilege to help the guests have a relaxed non-demanding vacation. Do not contribute to liter. Do not ignore a problem because It is not my job. Consider everything to be your job while you are working at Star River Adventures. If you see that something needs to be done, do it. If it is not within your abilities, such as equipment repair, let the appropriate person know about the problem immediately.
