  5. Campus Selection Process • Cal State Fullerton is impacted at the FTF and UDT levels. For Fall, 2011, we anticipate being impacted in all majors. • Our local area for FTF includes high schools in Orange County, Walnut, Whittier, Chino, Corona-Norco Unified, and Alvord Unified. • Cal State Fullerton strictly enforces stated application deadlines. Students who miss a stated deadline may have their application cancelled or their admission rescinded. • We send hard copy application acknowledgments and provide students with a campus assigned email and personal portal login information. From that point forward, we communicate with students electronically. If we need further information from them, we put it on their portal or we send them an email.

  6. Campus Selection Process (cont.) • Prospective Division I athletes (men’s and women’s basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, and track and field; men’s baseball, wrestling; women’s softball, gymnastics, tennis, and volleyball) are encouraged to register for a CBS College Sports Interactive account at www.fullertontitans.com. In addition, women’s dance team tryouts are held each fall • Music majors (voice/instrument) must be admitted to Cal State Fullerton and audition for the department. Audition dates for Fall, 2011: February 26-27, 2011 and March 19- 20, 2011.
