  6. Mechanismen • Neuropathie • Sensibel • Motorisch • Autonoom • Angiopathie • Macro-angiopathie: Atherosclerose Mediasclerose • Micro-angiopathie • Infectie

  7. Oorzaken Diabetische Voet • Neuropathisch 50% • Vasculair 10% • Gemengd beeld 40%

  8. Ulcus classificatie • Basislijden (type ulcus) • Neuropathisch / Vasculair / Gemengd • Luxerend moment en directe aanleiding • Grootte en diepte • Oppervlakkig : niet dieper dan subcutis • Diep: dieper dan subcutis • Lokalisatie • Infectie
