THINK Baltic Extension

The THINK Baltic Extension project aims to integrate individuals with mobility handicaps into the labor market by leveraging innovative working methods, including telework. Coordinated by Portugal, the project brings together the three Baltic states. Achievements include the creation of the THINK Baltic Extension website, the development of a business model and business plan, an informative leaflet, and a database of project participants. Interested candidates can apply online at www.think.lv. The project includes candidate selection, interviews, training, and employment provision.
