  11. Physical Examination • General Examination Rule out systemic disease • Neurological Examination Rule out other neurological deficits for localization

  12. Investigation • Lab test • Radiological( X-ray, CT ,MRI ,Angiogram ) • Specific neurological Investigations

  13. Management • Acute: -Medical -Interventional • Chronic: -Medical -Multidisplinary team
