單一簽入系統第一階段帳號整合說明會. 資訊與網路中心 發展規劃組 李忠昇組長. 為推動本校校務行政系統單一簽入，資訊與網路中心將分二階段進行： 目前校務行政系統與 Email 使用採各自獨立帳號密碼系統，為使單一簽入可以順利推動，故先推動帳號整合之動作。 第一階段：推行網路刷卡與請假系統帳號整合 整合期間，新舊系統並行，登入帳號時若看到 @mail.ndhu.edu.tw ，請輸入 Email 的帳號及密碼以操作系統。反之，請以原方式登入。 刷卡及請假系統帳號整合於 7 月 1 日全面上線，屆時將以 Email 的帳號密碼為主。

  2. 為推動本校校務行政系統單一簽入，資訊與網路中心將分二階段進行：為推動本校校務行政系統單一簽入，資訊與網路中心將分二階段進行： • 目前校務行政系統與Email使用採各自獨立帳號密碼系統，為使單一簽入可以順利推動，故先推動帳號整合之動作。 • 第一階段：推行網路刷卡與請假系統帳號整合 • 整合期間，新舊系統並行，登入帳號時若看到 @mail.ndhu.edu.tw，請輸入 Email 的帳號及密碼以操作系統。反之，請以原方式登入。 • 刷卡及請假系統帳號整合於7月1日全面上線，屆時將以Email的帳號密碼為主。 • 第二階段：單一簽入將於民國100年11月份全面上線 • 詳細說明及上線之應用程式，請參考下列網址：http://www.ndhu.edu.tw/files/11-1000-5217.php?Lang=zh-tw

  6. 校務系統組 SSO • 共 105 個程式 • 目前約 28 個可以Single Sign On (陸續增加中) • 以各處室分類 • 教務處 • 註冊組 • 課務組 • 人事室 • 學務處 • 總務處 • 師培中心 • 體育室 • 諮輔中心 • 研發處 • 教學卓越中心

  7. 校務系統組 • 不適用 Single Sign On 的系統 • 註冊組成績輸入 • 註冊組於教師輸入前，會寄出新密碼，所以不適用於Single Sign On • 網頁介面程式: 原則上支援 IE, Firefox, Chrome • ActiveX • ActiveX僅可在 Windows + IE 上執行 • 註 : 在 SSO 網頁中會註明 (IE Only)

  9. 帳號密碼申請及密碼變更 • 學生帳號 • 申請 : 由系統統一匯入 • 教職員帳號 • 申請 : 至網路組進行Email申請程序 • 修改密碼：為了資訊安全，請至個人信箱內個人設定定期修改您設定的密碼。 • 教職員或學生忘記密碼 • 至網路組進行更改 • 若於Email2000有登錄第二組密碼，可由查詢網頁查詢
