  2. Log into zipForm® Mobile Web from your tablet device m.zipformonline.com

  3. Press the “New” button to create a new transaction

  4. Provide a Transaction Name, Property Type and press “Create” button

  5. TIP! You can also apply any existing templates to your transaction

  6. Press the “Add” button to add C.A.R. forms to your transaction TIP! Tap each from you wan to add

  7. Select the C.A.R. form you wish to edit and press “Edit”

  8. Press the “More” menu to select additional zipForm® Mobile options Highlighter You can highlight the boilerplate of the form. Use your Stylus or finger to drag and position which areas you wish to highlight

  9. Notes Notes Insert additional instructions for clients directly on your form!

  10. E-mail E-mail Send zipForm® documents to clients using the E-mail function

  11. Using the electronic signature with TouchSign™ • Open transaction to use for TouchSign™

  13. Select “Sign with TouchSign” to begin signing process

  14. Select C.A.R. Forms to send for e-sign Select zipVault® documents to e-sign

  15. Select signer and click TouchSign! button to begin signing process

  16. Using your tablet – Clients can begin signing the documents

  17. Create Your Own Signature Drag and Tap “Place” button to populate signature on field

  18. Signer receives completion notice and an email confirmation will be sent to their inbox with a copy of the signed documents

  19. Using zipLogix Digital Ink®

  20. Select “Sign with zipLogix Digital Ink®” to begin signing process

  21. Select C.A.R. Forms to send for e-sign Select zipVault® documents to e-sign

  22. Form fields are pre-tagged! No more drag and dropping of signature tags on C.A.R. forms

  23. Use “Add Party “ button to include additional signers. Highlight “CC” checkboxes to send all parties the signed copies of the forms

  25. Use the “Send” tab to include additional information to your signers. Click “Send Now” button to send documents to your clients for digital signatures

  29. Log back to zipForm® Mobile transaction page and select “Signatures” icon. Choose “View Signed Documents” from the drop-down menu to check the status of your digital signature submission

  30. Using zipForm® MLS-Connect

  31. Press the “New” button to create a new transaction

  32. Provide a Transaction Name, Property Type and press “Create” button

  33. TIP! You can also apply any existing templates to your transaction

  34. Select Import MLS Listing Data CLAW Select MLS name Enter MLS User ID Enter MLS Password Select Property type (Commercial, Residential, Vacant Land, etc.) Enter Listing Number of the property Click “Get” button
