Introduction • According to a report from Chorleywood Consulting the Fraud in Telecommunication worldwide reaches 28 billions of dollars per year (20 in the wire-line and 8 for the wireless network ), with an increase trend of 2 billions per year. • In order to resolve the problem, Sue Hubbard, manager of the research department in Chorleywood, suggests the use of a system that monitors the fraud and guaranties completely the security of the company’ s information.
