Obinna Ogbuehi Obinna Ogbuehi, an IT professional with extensive and diversified experience in management services and providing support and rendering his knowledge to students in varied IT environments. He possesses strong interpersonal skills in the field of Change and Project Management. Presently, Ogbuehi is engaged with the University of London as an Application Support Analyst – Business Services. He has attained a National Diploma in Business and Finance from the Keighley College and later moved on to another University for his Bachelor’s Degree. Within a time span of 6 years at the Royal Holloway, University of London, he graduated and attained the degree of Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons), Economics and Computing. Obinna Ogbuehi has extensive knowledge in the fields of: -Troubleshooting -Program Management -Release Management -Mobile Devices -Virtualization -TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Ethernet.

He has attained proficiency working on certain tools and technologies like: -SharePoint -Windows Active Directory -Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office -MS, MS Project and MS Visio -Adobe Creative Suite Synopsis: Obinna Ogbuehi has been a long time working with the University of Arts, London since November 2001. Apart from being appointed as an Application Support Analyst – Business Services with the University, Obinna Ogbuehihas also been awarded additional responsibilities to oversee and manage the team of IT support Engineers at the university on a daily basis. He once managed the local delivery of several key university projects and strategic initiatives like the Zen Migration and hardware refresh. He configures, tests, supports and maintains a variety of hardware of the university like desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices. He is also responsible for configuring, testing, deploying and troubleshooting a wide variety of business and curriculums of the university that are focussed on specialist software like the Gerber Accumark. Coordinating with third party vendors like Apple and Viglen for incident, problem and change is another scope of work he is responsible for. Prior to working with the University of Arts, London, Obinna Ogbuehi has worked at a six months secondment to develop Change Management Processes and Procedures for the University of the Arts, IT Services.
