  4. The dictionary says that ふれあい means “connection” or “contact”. Compare the images that come up in a search for 「ふれあい」 with a search for “connection”. どのように　ちがいますか？ どのように　おなじですか？ Based on the images that appear in a Japanese search, how would you expand or change the definition of ふれあい？

  5. 触れ合い（ふれあい） Give a more complete explanation of the term. Break down the kanji into its parts.   触れる（さわる、ふれる） 彼女が私の手に触れた時、しんぞうがドキドキしました。 (When she touched my hand, my heart went “dokidoki”) 合う　（あう／merge, come together） 私と彼女はあまり合わない。 (She and I aren’t very compatible.)
