  4. ESG Eligible Activities • Rapid Re-Housing • Housing Relocation and Stability Services • TBRA (Short and Medium Term Rental Assistance) • Homeless Prevention • Housing Relocation and Stability Services • TBRA (Short and Medium Term Rental Assistance)

  5. Prioritize Clients • Currently Homeless • Family with children • Individual • Living in a shelter • Family with children • Individual • Facing Eviction • Court order • Eviction notice • Other homeless or risk of homeless

  6. Outreach What does your agency do now? What else can you do to reach out to literally homeless persons in your service area?

  7. Term of Assistance • TBRA up to 11 months of assistance • TBRA deposits once within 2 years • ESG up to 24 months in 3 years • Rapid Re-Housing participants: annual re-evaluation • Max 6 months of arrears. These count towards 24 months of total assistance

  8. Benchmarks & Performance Standards • Spend 25% of award each quarter • Performance standards require 90% of program participant to transition to permanent housing
