3. What is EE4NJ? • Excellent Educators for NJ is an initiative to pilot a teacher evaluation system. • The new evaluation system will provide meaningful, actionable feedback to teachers and school and district leaders as they strive to help ALL students achieve success!

8. iObservation login • Go through GoogleChrome or Mozilla Firefox to login • www.EffectiveEducators.com • Click on First Time User? • Type in your FULL email address: • Jane.Doe@monroe.k12.nj.us • Click Submit • Go to your school email account and look for an email from no-reply@EffectiveEducators.com containing your username and password.

9. iObservationlogin continued…… • Click the link in the email • Verify the first name, last name, and email address • Type a password in the Change Passwordbox • It must include numbers and letters (strength of the password will show) • Retype the password in the Confirm Password box
