HPC Resources UCOP ShaRCS NSF Thresher Available late-2011 4.9 TF / 64 nodes / 512 cores - 4 TB of flash memory - vSMP node with 128 cores and 768GB of memory • > 300 TF / 1024 nodes • - 256 TB of flash memory • 32 vSMP nodes each with 32 nodes /8 TB flash/2 TB DRAM • 4 PB disk storage (Data Oasis) • 20 TF / 272 nodes / 2176 cores • 6.4 TB memory • 110 TB Lustre SDSC Triton • Triton Compute Cluster: • - 20 TF / 256 nodes / 2048 cores • Fat-memory nodes (PDAF): • 28 Sun nodes / 896 cores • 20 w/ 256GB, 8 w/ 512GB • 2-4 PB disk space (shared Data Oasis) Sierra • 100 TF / 324 nodes / 10,368 cores • 39 TB flash, 21 TB of DRAM • 150 TB disk storage, 2 PB by June 2011, (shared Data Oasis) • 7 TF / 84 nodes / 672 cores • 2.6 TB memory • 96 TB ZFS • Part of experimental testbed with cloud tools
