  2. How to use SAP Online Training Enter your logon and password on the SAP Online training welcome screen. Your logon is the same as your SAP logon and your password is defaulted to “password” and is case sensitive. Once you have entered your details press the Login button to continue.

  3. You can access your online courses from the Student tab or the My courses hyperlink. You can also change your password here but we would prefer you left your password as it is. You can log out at any point.

  4. A list of your courses are displayed. To expand the course list to show the individual lessons available click here. To play a lesson click here.

  5. You have three options on each lesson. Although if a test is not available this option will not show. Show Me guides you through the process hands free with explanatory notes. Train Me is an interactive session with hands on involvement. Test Me provides an opportunity to test the knowledge gained in the first two options.

  6. Step by step instructions follow you every step of the way, highlighting where you are in the lesson. Click the Camera icon to switch between Train Me and Show Me modes. Click the Up/Down Arrow icon to close and open the task list Use the arrow icons to move between instruction panels on the Train Me mode. Click the Envelope icon to provide any feedback about the lesson. Task notes provide relevant information to specific steps and appear automatically via the slide out panel. Click on the Laser Pointer to show where you need to click or what field you need to interact with.
