We will explore why academic senates should prioritize building alliances, how to foster these relationships with faculty groups, students, administrators, and outside organizations, and the challenges that may arise. Attendees will discuss strategies for outreach, sustained participation, and the value of collaboration for increasing influence at both local and statewide levels.
