Dedication Page I dedicate this book to my Aunt Kathy for always being there for me and my mom too, for the same reason. I love my mom and Aunty Kathy!
You should know, never to approach wild dolphins. That can be very DANGEROUS!
Dolphins are mammals, not fish. Two of their main predators are sharks and killer whales (Orcas).
Sharks and killer whales try to separate groups of dolphins to eat them, but the dolphins will fight back. Sometimes the dolphins KILL the sharks!
Dolphins come in two different colors, bluish grayish and a pink like color.
Dolphins eat squid, octopus, fish, and other sea animals. You should NEVER hand feed a dolphin. It could get very sick, especially if you give it human food.
When I was about 5 years old, I went to this island called Barbados. I saw this beautiful dolphin. All I saw was a fin and a tail, because it really never surfaced. I think these creatures are wonderful. What about you?
Acknowledgements I want to thank my mom for taking care of me and always being there for me and my aunt too, for the same reason. Thanks mom and Aunty Kathy.
