Connect Feedback to Outcomes Tip 2 • For any particular behavior underlined give the outcomes/impact on you • Any alternatives and choices should also be connected to benefits/impact • Use Open-ended questions to let the Speaker in control of what to do next • Test the usefulness of your feedback by using the question: “So what?”
Focus on Priorities Tip 3 • Focus On 2 Or 3 Aspects Most Useful To The Speaker • Foundation – Platform To Build On.. • What’s Next - Focus Is On The Next Steps To Take …
