Mobilized Ordnance Specific Training • Mobilized Ordnance Specific Training (MOST) located at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) McAlester, Oklahoma. • MCAAP provides Ordnance units the opportunity to conduct specific technical and operational ordnance training.  Training is designed to meet each units job-specific needs. • Soldiers receive specialized munitions training, familiarization and safety instruction in shipping, receiving, warehousing, rewarehousing, demilitarization and operating heavy equipment to move munition containers for shipment by rail and truck.  • Training timeframe can be tailored to the units specific needs; however , work load for Soldiers determined by MCAAP level of activity, this can not be altered by the training unit UNCLASSIFIED

Mobilized Ordnance Specific Training 664 OD Training Objectives: • Receive hands on training for Critical Tactical Tasks for all 89A/B Soldiers for ASP operations • Train and License all 89A10s/89B10s on 4K Electrical Forklift • Provide ammunition inspection NCOs hands-on instruction with civilian QASAS • Conduct training on Critical Task Lists for 89A/B Skills including: • Lot Segregation and Palletizing • Blocking and Bracing • Storing and Re-warehousing • Integrate 12Ms into MCAAP fire department to observe and complete Ammunition Supply Area firefighting training UNCLASSIFIED

Mobilized Ordnance Specific Training Training Plan: • Soldiers rotate through 12 training sections • All training sections provided experience with 4K forklifts • Trained and Evaluated by civilian operators • Experience was added to military licenses • Surveillance Section all SSGs and above trained directly with QASAS • Utilize Less than Truck Load for Blocking and Bracing, Re-warehousing munitions and palletizing • Personnel trained on shipping/receiving and bunker inspections • Firefighters rehearsed and were tested on realistic scenarios UNCLASSIFIED

Mobilized Ordnance Specific Training • Sustain: • Provided the capability to train on Critical Tasks which Soldiers can not receive out side of a retail level • Great training opportunity with hands-on tasks at all sections • Excellent instruction and flexibility of the civilians • Improve: • Additional training to incorporate is the 463L Air Force Plates • Establish Field ASP sites for Soldiers to conduct training objectives • No SAAS-MOD interface available at MCAAP • Establishing a training data base for Unit SAAS system to execute training at the FASP UNCLASSIFIED
