Challenges • Patient privacy vs. Transparency • Sometimes 3patients/nurse • How nurse spend time in POD system? • Infection control • No special bathroom in PICU rooms • Cell phone usage restrictions for families • Limited family visit in NICU • Families affect each other • Psychology of families
