NSF RCR Training • To address issues related to Responsible Conduct in Research (RCR) Training requirements and payroll processing • Change made to provide 30 days to complete training before next paycheck • Instructions for Business Managers to verify completion of CITI Training (http://www.ovpr.uga.edu/rcr/managers)

NSF RCR Training Within one calendar month of being paid (i.e., before the employee receives a second paycheck from a NSF research grant account, departmental Business Managers or their designees must verify that the individual has completed mandated Responsible Conduct in Research (RCR) training. Employees performing any paid work on an NSF-funded research project have 30 days from the time they start work to complete required CITI RCR training. Important to check list to ensure individual has completed training before next paycheck charged to a NSF research grant
