Description: Plasma-electrolytic polishing of stainless steel is based on the phenomenon of spontaneous impulse electric discharges occurring near the surface of the workpiece is immersed into an aqueous ammonium sulfate solution of low concentration (about 2.5%). Advantages: Application of plasma-electrolytic polishing of details and products from stainless steel will allow to increase productivity and economic efficiency of process of polishing and consequently, to reduce cost of production. Process of electrolytic-plasma polishing is environmentally friendly and satisfies to sanitary standardsforthe disposal of spent electrolyte requires no special treatment facilities . Efficiency:Productivity and economic efficiency of electrolytic-plasma polishing is 3-4 times higher than the polishing which is carried out mechanically, and 5-6 times above than electrochemical polishing on the basis of acid solutions.

Additional Information: This technology can be applied in thefollowing areas: -Energy - manufacture of turbine blades; -Food industry - manufacturing equipment parts, parts оffillinglines, packaging lines; -Medicine - manufacture of medical instruments;-Construction - manufacturing of decorative items for the design of buildings, interior spaces, sanitary equipment. ФОТО, СХЕМА, ФОРМУЛА Currentstatus:There is a Contract for delivery of 72 names of details for a complete set of cars in the total cost of 19,8 million tenges with Tulpar-TalgoLLP.In course of execution of this contract isplannedtoincreasethevolumes of deliveries whichwillleadtoincreasethetotalamountoftheContract. Also, according to this project hasalreadyimplementedmorethan 500 piecesofheated towelrailsfor the sum overthan $ 6 milliontenge. Legal protection:Preparesapplication for a patent
