  12. Schindewolf Clinic • The Schindewolf clinic strives to promote good student health, attend to school related injuries and sudden illnesses. The clinic also functions to help prevent & control disease and to educate students, parents & others concerning health related matters.

  13. Medications • ALL PRESCRIPTION MEDICINES MUST BE BROUGHT TO THE CLINIC BY PARENT OR GUARDIAN: • ADHD medicines • Asthma inhalers, prescription allergy medicine • Antibiotics • ANY medicine you get from the doctor or the doctor writes a prescription • Non-prescription medicines (Advil, Tylenol, Sudafed, etc): Must be provided by parent/guardian • May be brought to the clinic by student • ORIGINAL CONTAINER • Dated note from parent • May give for 2 weeks without an MD order Ready...Set...Goole!

Only the person who signs the card will have exclusive rights to remove the student for early dismissal, approve others to pick up student or administer medications to the student.   15. IMMUNIZATIONS Student who are delinquent on immunizations are not allowed to attend school NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR 6TH GRADERS • TDaP within last 5 years • Meningococcal Vaccine Be complete & on file by end of 6th grade school year

  27. What is a Chromebook? A Chromebook is a laptop running Chrome OS as its operating system. The devices are designed to be used primarily while connected to the Internet, with most applications and data residing "in the cloud". The students will be using Google Apps for Education digital tools on the Chromebook to learn in the digital age.
