CEA424/Tag Transgenic Mice Models for Gastric Carcinoma Cell Line Establishment

This study focuses on the establishment of cell lines from CEA424/Tag transgenic mice (H-2b) that develop spontaneous gastric carcinoma. The lines mGC11CEA, mGC2CEA, and mGC4CEA, along with transplantable variants mGC3, mGC5, and mGC8, were generated for research purposes. These models provide valuable insights into tumor antigen expression, particularly carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and associated tumor-specific antigens (TSA). This research aims to advance understanding of gastric cancer mechanisms and therapeutic approaches.
