  1. ACCESSING AiM This is for first time users to access AiM. Questions/suggestions: mike.frost@ucf.edu

  2. ACCESSING AIM THE FIRST TIME Go to the Facilities Operations Homepage: http://www.fo.ucf On the FO page click on the AiM button

  3. On this page you see the AiM button that you click to login. Self-training PowerPoint and videos on how to use and customize the system. To enter AiM click on the AiM Button.

  4. Enter your User Name. Enter your password Click Login This is your work desk. Your work options are listed on the left side menu. To change your password click on System Administration.

  5. Click on change password Enter old password Enter new password Confirm new password Click the Save icon(the disc) This will return you to your work desk.

  6. To fill out a Work request please view the PowerPoint.
