  1. Dimensions, Radius: 4

  2. Extrude, sketch1, add frozen, 20cm

  3. ZY or ZX plane, 4 points, (0;8), (0;12), (0.3, 10), (-0.3, 10), Draw, construction point, Dimensions, length/distance

  4. Extrude, Operation: Slice material, Direction: Both,

  5. Create named selections

  6. Change the details of BODY part

  7. Initialize block

  8. Merge vertices, collapse blocks 1 2

  9. Associate, associate edge to curve

  10. Snap project vertices

  11. Edges, projected edge shape

  12. Delete blocks, (2 blocks within the blade)

  13. Split block, O - grid block, select blocks Press “v”: all visible

  14. Select faces

  15. Mesh, Surface mesh setup, • Max size 0.3 • Height 0.03 • Height ratio 1.25

  16. Blocking, Meshing params, Recalculate sizes, update all

  17. Pre mesh

  18. Save project first, convert to unstructured mesh

  19. Output mesh to ANSYS fluent

  20. Cell zone conditions, type fluid
