  4. GET LICENSE • The initial need you have to do is apply for the license. If you the license for saltwater fishing, you can hunt lobster but a limited number. • If you are catching lobster for commercial purpose, then you have to obtain a special license from Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. • You can apply for the license through online registration.
