Expression Analysis of OVCAR3 Cell Lines: MUC16 Protein Variants in Different Sizes

This study focuses on the expression levels of MUC16 protein variants in OVCAR3 cell lines. We analyze the presence of protein sizes 250 kDa, 150 kDa, and 50 kDa, along with the β-Actin control at 42 kDa and a 37 kDa variant. Understanding the differences in these protein expressions is crucial for elucidating the role of MUC16 in ovarian cancer biology.
