3. Google Forms • Observation form utilizes Google Forms • Easy to step up and FREE! • Form is live on internet • Data filled into forms are collected in spreadsheet on Google Docs

4. Admin Sheet • Every Administrator get their own sheet with dynamic disaggregation • Displays totals for observations, minutes, subjects, standards, etc. • Built in time filter (open date, close date) allows for monthly or semester disaggregation

5. Teacher Search • Allows for disaggregation by teacher name • Aggregates totals observations, minutes, subjects, etc. • Lists teacher observation regardless of admin

6. Overall • Aggregates every data element for all observations • Built in time filter (“open date”, “close date”)

7. Standards • Aggregated look at all of the standards • Graphs provide visual reference • Easily spot trends

9. Observer Totals • Displays Administrator visits by month, and total visits • Displays hours of Administrator visits disaggregated by month • Dynamic graphs • Allows for monitoring of individual Admins • Use this sheet to set and track monthly visitation goals

10. Visited? • Displays the teachers that have been visited • Displays the number of visitations • If teacher name is not on list, then he/she hasn’t been visited

11. Standard Search • Click into green cell and use the pull down menu to select standard • Search a particular standard and view aggregation totals based on that Standard • Also displays teachers who have that standard observed
