  2. Romans 10:1-9 (KJV) 9 That if thou shaltconfess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shaltbelieve in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shaltbe saved.

Wildewood Sermon Notes • If you (I) confess/professin agreement with what God holds to be true • If you (I) confess with your (my) mouthdenotes a public declaration • If you (I) confess with your (my) mouth the Lord Jesus • If you (I) confess with your (my) mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart external profession shall correspond with the real, internal feelings • That God has raised Him from the dead If this be true, then all is true • Then you shall be saved; Christ is now Lord of your life; Surrender

  4. How to Apply • Confess- expresses our agreement or concordwith what God holds to be true, and what He declares to be true. • Believe-having confidence or faith in the truth, to have a conviction • To be Saved-simply a process of confessing and believing; Christ has rule over you

  5. How to Apply Daily we are to confess Jesus in our living; on our jobs, in the marketplace and in our homes. This is an all in proposition. Matthew 10:32… whoever confesses me before men, him will I confess before my Father who is in heaven. 1 Corinthians 12:3 confessing Jesus is Lord is enabled only by the Holy Spirit

  6. Now that you are Saved! Read your Bible every day to get to know Christ better. "Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.“(2 Timothy 2:15) Talk to God in prayer every day. Be baptized, worship and fellowship with other Christians/Disciples in a church where God is exalted and the Word is explained
