LA DELINCUENCIA EN TLAHUAC • Aunque se ubica entre las tres demarcaciones con menor índice delictivo en el Distrito Federal, en Tlahuac la delincuencia comenzó a avanzar de manera sigilosa; tan sólo en el primer trimestre de este año, el total de delitos tuvo un aumento de 11.3 por ciento, respecto a los pasados tres meses de 2006, siendo marzo, el de mayor incidencia, informó el jefe delegacional, Gilberto Ensástiga Santiago.

  4. Ante ello, subrayó que no esperará a que las autoridades competentes actúen, sino que comenzará con un proyecto de diez acciones para combatir la delincuencia y evitar que los índices delictivos se disparen como en otras delegaciones.1

  5. LOS COMERCIANTES DE TLAHUAC (RATEROS) • Al menos 20 comerciantes establecidos en la zona centro de la delegación Tlahuac denunciaron que han sido víctimas de extorsiones telefónicas, donde se les exigen automóviles, dinero y mercancía a cambio de no hacerles daño.
