Cubie is an innovative 2D running game developed for iOS by a dedicated team of three: Lucien (Designer), Peter (Artist), and Stephanie (Programmer). Players can jump using simple tap controls, navigating seamlessly on various surfaces including floors, ceilings, and walls. As of May 2013, the team has made significant progress, completing a tutorial level, art mockups, and basic character functions. The goal is to release a beta version by the end of the semester, accompanied by playtests to refine gameplay.

Production • Using SVN to sync the project • Using weekly scrum to assign tasks and discuss issues • Using google drive to store art assets and design documents

Milestones • Week 1-3 • Fix existing bugs; Make prefabs; Make a 2D animation system • Week 4-8 • Integrate art assets to the game; Finish building tutorial level • Week 9-12 • Build other levels; Make level transition system; Integrate UI to make the game more complete • Week 13-16 • Polish; Bug fixing; Playtest the beta version.
