Goal Status Symbol DefinitionIF THE MEASUREMENT TOOL IS IN PLACE = [For deadline-based goals], indicates hitting all its milestones ("on plan") and therefore likely to achieve the Whole Goal on time. = [For a goal requiring ongoing, sustained performance], indicates performance is within acceptable range (as defined in the goal). = [For deadline-based goals], indicates NOT hitting all its milestones (“not on plan"), but course corrections can be made such the goal can still be achieved on time. = [For a goal requiring ongoing, sustained performance], indicates performance has dropped below the acceptable range, but effective course corrections have been identified and are quite at hand. = [For deadline-based goals], indicates NOT hitting all its milestones (“not on plan") and significant risks will probably prevent goal from being achieved on time. = [For a goal requiring ongoing, sustained performance], indicates performance has dropped below the acceptable range and necessary effective course corrections are either not identified or not available.
