  2. Variety in Movements • Attachments and grips can vary, thus affecting how it attacks the muscle • Wider and pronated grips will focus more on the traps • Narrow and supinated grips will focus more on the lats

Set Up and Movement • Need a cable column or pulley system • Sit under the pulley attachment • Must pull down vertically and control both eccentrically and concentrically • Pull to the anterior portion of the body. Aiming point is the pectorals • You will want to remain in a seated position during the movement

  4. Pull Downs vs. Pull Ups • Is going to be more appropriate for people with body weight to strength comparisons • Allows for one arm rows • Supplementation or higher workloads
