  1. Different Types of CBD Oil Offer a Variety of Choices for CBD Consumers In recent years, CBD, or cannabidiol, has become one of the hottest products around. Rising consumer demand and lack of regulatory oversight resulted in thousands of authentic and fake “CBD” products flooding the marketplace in a variety of forms. The possible health benefits of CBD and CBD oil are driving the compound’s popularity with people from all walks of life. CBD oil is extracted from the flowers and leaves of industrial hemp. CBD oil can also be extracted from cannabis plants. Quality CBD oil is found in greater quantities in legal industrial hemp than in cannabis. Since industrial hemp is a legal crop, most CBD products contain oil from this variety than its highly regulated and not yet fully legal cousin, cannabis. The problem? Until recently, hemp-derived CBD oil fell into a legal gray area due to the hemp plant being classified as ‘marijuana’ despite the fact that industrial hemp contains only trace amounts of the psychoactive ingredient, THC, which produces the ‘high’ when marijuana is consumed. In December 2018, the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill changed the game. By federally redefining ‘marijuana’ within the Controlled Substances Act, CBD oil derived from hemp was removed from the federal controlled substances list, allowing states to develop their own hemp programs, which could include cultivation for the purpose of deriving CBD oil.. This opens the door for the widening of Interstate commerce or hemp-derived oil products. Research has shown that CBD oil may have therapeutic properties that are used primarily for, such as reducing pain and inflammation. Many companies have also started Incorporating CBD oil into a variety of pet products, formulated to lower stress and reduce inflammation. There is also excitement in the health and beauty industry, as CBD has promising anti- inflammatory properties plus it’s rich in natural vitamins A, C and E. Together, these properties may help soothe chronic skin and promote anti-aging effects.. CBD oil is even being incorporated into new hair products! UNDERSTANDING DIFFERENT TYPES OF CBD OIL CBD oil can be used or consumed in many forms, depending on the desired effects. CBD oil drops – This form of CBD oil comes in a variety of strengths and dosages, and can be flavored or unflavored. CBD oil drops can be added to food or drinks, or consumed directly. CBD oil pills – CBD oil is encapsulated in an easy-to-take pill form. Different CBD strengths and dosages will vary by manufacturer. CBD oil concentrate – CBD oil concentrate is extracted from pure hemp. As the name implies, CBD oil concentrate contains much larger amounts of CBD oil than most products. CBD topical cream & lotion – CBD topical cream and CBD oil lotions are a convenient way for treating areas of the body where you might be experiencing pain, stiffness or soreness, like the neck, knees, legs, wrists and back. CBD cream has a thicker, richer consistency than CBD

  2. lotions. Both are designed to be gently massaged into the affected area. Some CBD lotions are specifically formulated for skin care of the face and body, leaving the skin feeling soft and moisturized. CBD oil spray -. CBD oil spray is available in flavored and flavor-free varieties and comes in a range of dosages. The compound is sprayed directly into the mouth, held for 30 seconds, then swallowed. CBD oil tincture – Like CBD oil concentrates, CBD oil tinctures contain higher amounts of CBD in a liquid form. The tincture is best consumed by mixing it into food or smoothies. Alternatively, CBD oil tinctures can be administered sublingually, or under the tongue, which allows for faster absorption, with effects usually noticeable within 15 minutes. CBD vape oil – CBD vape oil is one of the most popular methods for using CBD oil. Vaping is a slang term for a method of delivering a substance like nicotine (as an alternative to smoking tobacco) or the cannabidiol contained in CBD vape oil by vaporizing the substance into an inhalable form. CBD vape oil is available in cartridge, CBD vape juice and CBD additive forms and comes in a wide range of flavors. With so many benefits and the wide range of choices in products, it’s no wonder CBD oil has millions of enthusiastic consumers. Always do the research before buying CBD oil products. Look for reputable manufacturers that are dedicated to ensuring CBD oil purity for their product formulations, and to educating and informing consumers about new developments in the CBD product revolution.
