  2. MENU A? MENU B? How does it work? We alternate our menu every week, to provide more variety, while maintaining the macro and micro consistency of each plan. During MENU A weeks, you cannot order MENU B items, and vice versa.

  3. Meal Code: B1 | Protein pancakes; egg whites, protein, coconut milk, honey, banana and oatmeal. Served with pure Canadian maple syrup.

  4. If I Order Now, When Will I Weceive Wy Order? We kindly ask that all orders for the following week are placed by Thursday.If inventory levels allow it, we will accept Friday and Saturday orders for the following week. Please refer to the date on the order page, as it is updated regularly. Deliveries always start on Sunday and never on Wednesday, unless special arrangements are made.

  6. What do the prices displayed include? The prices next to each option include HST as well as delivery (2 deliveries per week).The price also includes all your meals for the week (6 days), delivered twice a week, once at the beginning of the week and once mid-week.
