  8. TV Taping • Where: CBS Studio Center, Studio City • When: Friday, Nov. 12 • 5:30 PM • Why: Meet BETTY WHITE!!!

  9. Freshmen Day • Where: Rose Garden • When: Saturday, Nov. 13 • Why: Get to know your campus as well as your E-Board!!! • Breakfast and Lunch will be Provided!!!

  10. Panda Express Fundraiser • Where: Panda Express! • When: Tuesday, Nov. 16 ALL DAY!! • Why: Eat great food and help the club at the same time!!

  11. Soup Kitchen Community Service • Where: Fred Jordan Mission, Downtown LA • When: Thursday, Nov. 25 • 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM • Why: To give back to the community on Thanksgiving. • Carpool Available!

  12. Comedy Night • Where: HaHa Comedy Club • When: Friday, Nov. 19 • 8:30 PM to 10 PM • Why: Come laugh your butt off and have fun with us!!! • *18 and Over only

  13. Heal the Bay • When: Saturday, Nov. 20 • 10 AM to 12 PM • Where: Toes Beach, Playa del Rey • Why: So the Flipper can swim trash free!

  14. Cabin Trip • What: Cabin Trip!!! • Where: Big Bear City • When: December 10-12 (Friday of finals) • Why: Great way to finish Fall Quarter and get together with the SHSE-familia!

  15. Schedule • Friday • Drive up there • Potluck Dinner • Saturday • SHSE-cooked Breakfast • Recreational Time • (eg. Snowboarding, movies near fireplace, building snowmen…) • SHSE-cooked Dinner • White Elephant Gift Exchange • ($10 minimum, $15 maximum) • Sunday • Clean Up • Enjoy rest of Break!

  16. Cost • ONLY FOR PAID MEMBERS!!! • $50 for members • $60 for alumni • Carpool will be set up • Limited space for vehicles at the cabin to park. • Drivers, you WILL need snow chains! • Guaranteed 8 spots for Freshmen and Alumni each. • 50 spots total!

  17. How to sign up? • MEMBERS will get an email on Wednesday, November 10 to reply to on Thursday, November 11 to get a spot on a first come first serve basis. • Losing your spot • If you get a spot and have not payedby 11/24, you will lose your spot to the next person on the waitlist.
